Support Mission Australia, to provide urgent help for vulnerable families this Christmas.
Droughts, bushfires, a pandemic and a recession. The past year has been challenging for us all but 2020 has been particularly difficult for single-parent families and children.
With hundreds of thousands of Australians out of work and struggling to make ends meet, this Christmas will be an anxious time without your help.
There are many ways your donation can help a family this Christmas:
• $25 can provide a person experiencing homelessness with a hygiene and toiletries pack over Christmas
• $50 can provide a food hamper and a hearty Christmas meal
• $100 can help provide crisis accommodation this Christmas for a homeless family
• $250 can relieve pressure for families this Christmas by helping to pay for rent or utility bills
Westpac Group will also match donations from eligible employees through the group’s Matching Gifts program. Employees who donate from their pre-tax pay via Workplace Giving, will have their donations automatically matched. If paying by credit card or Paypal, you'll need to submit a post-tax donation via Good2Give to have your donation matched.
